Just checked cancuncare (the temptation forums) and the admin there said " there won't be any forced social distancing" and the sign at the hot tub says it is now down to a maximum of 40 people". Report inappropriate content. The rooms are not soundproofed. You can hear every person talking or yelling in the hallways. This made getting a decent night sleep almost impossible. The last night we were there, I was physically assaulted and verbally harassed by another guest. Management didn’t hold the man accountable even though I have the attack filmed on video.
